Colonial Hills

olonial Hills Christian School is accredited through Georgia Association of Christian Schools and Georgia Private School Accrediting Council. Graduates of Colonial Hills are eligible for HOPE scholarships. It has approximately 500 students with a student/teacher ratio in K-12 of  20:1. Colonial Hills offers a challenging academic curriculum consisting mostly of A Beka for the elementary grades, and a mix of curriculum for upper grades designed to give a rigorous and well rounded program.

Douglasville School Of Art

DSA was founded in January of 2001 by Dr. Robby Pope. The school is open to all students who desire to begin or advance their skills is the visual fine arts. Located at 6774 West Broad Street in the historic Duncan-Pope building in Downtown Douglasville, the school houses a library with a large selection of art books and reproductions for research and includes a small supply store for students who wish to purchase additional art supplies. The large, open studio is designed specifically to provide an environment conducive to artistic expression.

Grace Baptist Academy

Grace Baptist Christian School was born in 2000 when Pastor Ken Martin felt directed by the Lord to “look” at the young parents in the community who were leaving their children in centers that were not teaching them about God. After much prayer, Dr. Martin led Grace Baptist Church to add Grace Baptist Christian School to its ministry opportunities. The main goal of Grace Baptist Christian School is to work with the home in an effort to cultivate Christ-like young people spiritually, academically, physically, and socially.

Harvester Christian Academy (HCA) was founded in 1987 by a group of parents seeking to provide a Christ-centered education for their children, which would augment what was being modeled and taught in the home and at church. HCA is currently under the direction of Headmaster Jack North. HCA offers full programs for K4-12 grades. Annual tuition ranges from $2325 (k4) - $5,719 (high school) plus enrollment fees. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Heirway Christian Academy is a non-denominational Christian school. They utilize curriculum from Bob Jones, ABEKA and Saxon to provide a challenging, quality college preparatory academic environment. They embrace the Biblical world view that God is the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens and the earth, that the Bible is the inspired authoritative Word of God, the source of truth and wisdom in every area, and that God has uniquely created each individual with the gifts and talents needed to achieve His purposes.

King’s Way Christian School

Kingsway Christian School began in 1973 and remains the oldest Christian School in Douglas County. Administrator Dr. Ray Conway oversees the school, which offers classes for K3-12th grade. Being fully accredited by the Georgia Private School Accrediting Council, KWCS graduates are HOPE eligible. Kingsway offers athletic programs for football, cheerleading, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball and golf. The campus has a football field, gymnasium and baseball field.

Landmark Christian Academy

Landmark’s K4-12 Fairburn campus, in the center of historic Fairburn, Georgia, is easily accessible from I-85 and is located at the corner of Highway 92 and SE Broad Street. The K4-5th grade Peachtree City campus, in south Fayette County, is located at the corner of Robinson and Crosstown Roads. The 60-acre Fairburn campus features 100,000 square feet of building space which includes classrooms; a media center; band and chorus facilities; science, art, and computer labs; two gymnasiums; a wrestling room; and a cafeteria.

Winston Academy is a high quality center offering a strong education based program. Their teachers are experienced and highly trained professionals. Lead teachers have a CDA or degree in early childhood education. With small teacher-child ratios, your child gets the attention and care that they need and deserve. Winston Academy utilizes age-appropriate curriculum for K4-4th grades. High-Reach and ABEKA curriculums are both used.
