Grace Baptist Christian School was born in 2000 when Pastor Ken Martin felt directed by the Lord to “look” at the young parents in the community who were leaving their children in centers that were not teaching them about God. After much prayer, Dr. Martin led Grace Baptist Church to add Grace Baptist Christian School to its ministry opportunities.

The main goal of Grace Baptist Christian School is to work with the home in an effort to cultivate Christ-like young people spiritually, academically, physically, and socially. Tuition fees are from $4,200 per year for K5 to $5,200 per year for 7-12th grades. Multiple child discounts are available. Early morning and afternoon extended care are available for parents who need this option.

Grace Baptist Christian School has just completed a new school building that was opened with much fanfare over Labor Day weekend. The new 30,000 sq. ft. school building will house a cafeteria, library, computer lab and science lab as well as new classrooms for K5-12th grade. Grace believes that Christ centered education begins at birth and has facilities and staff to accommodate that vision.

Their K2 program begins a curriculum designed to have them reading by the time they reach K4. Grace is home to a championship boys basketball and football teams, and has volleyball, cheerleading and soccer for girls. Currently home to 780 students, Grace is a fully accredited school utilizing A Beka and ACE curriculums. Graduating seniors at Grace are HOPE eligible.
